Hello! I’m Kristine Whitson, certified life coach and violinist with the Los Angeles Philharmonic. I’m a married mom of two sons, with two beautiful daughters-in-law and grandkids.

During my 35 year career with the LA Phil, I got to travel the world and perform with artists such as Yo Yo Ma, John Williams, and Gustavo Dudamel at venues such as the Hollywood Bowl, the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Carnegie Hall in New York City and Royal Albert Hall in London, UK. But along with the Grammy awards and ovations came a huge challenge with anxiety, stage fright and panic attacks that nearly ended it all.

But what started as an insurmountable obstacle became a blessing when I saw God’s transformational power in my life. I learned how to overcome fear and walk by faith into freedom, peace, and new purpose by changing my thinking, words, and behaviors. And I’m passionate about helping others do the same with the challenges they face.

I coach clients through a process of assessing where they are, clarifying the goal, and brainstorming the road map together. I provide support and accountability for a collaborative process of growth, improvement and forward momentum.
